CCS Athletics Participation

Join the CCS Lions Athletics at Christian Center School is discipleship on the field and court. We develop athletes of character who compete with excellence and honor Christ — whether soccer, volleyball, or basketball.

Step 1 – Sign the Participation Agreement Complete the required agreement for your sport before the first practice.

The agreement covers code of conduct, medical authorization, and concussion awareness.

Step 2 – Attend the Mandatory Meeting

Parents and athletes must attend to receive uniforms and hear season expectations.

Required Information

• Concussion information (Idaho law) - Idaho law requires every athlete and parent to review concussion information before the season begins. A concussion is a brain injury. If one is suspected, the athlete must be taken out of play immediately and cannot return until a qualified healthcare provider gives written clearance.

• Eligibility reminder (academics, attendance, behavior).
