Sell Christmas Trees, Get to Mexico

Your trip to serve children at an orphanage in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point) costs $1,500. Every tree you sell helps get you there.

The #1 rule: remind every buyer to pick YOUR NAME at checkout. That's how your sale is credited to you automatically.

How to sell in 4 steps

  1. Make your list. Write down at least 20 people you can ask (ideas below).
  2. Ask in person first, then text or post. Tell them why you are going.
  3. Send them to the store: christiancenterschool.org/store/trees. They can pick up at the lot starting November 28, get delivery in Hayden, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, or Rathdrum, or gift a tree to a family in need through a local church or Christian charity.
  4. Follow up and say thank you. Check back once a few days later, and thank every buyer the same day.

What to say

In person or by phone
"Hi! I'm going on a mission trip to Mexico with my school to serve kids at an orphanage, and I'm selling Christmas trees to help pay for it. They're fresh Douglas Firs starting at $65, with pickup after Thanksgiving or delivery. Would you like to get your tree from me this year?"
If they say no
"No problem! Would you consider gifting a tree to a family in need, or sharing my link with a friend?"
